Training Technician

Job TitleJob Description Manages and supervises the use of the Room Reservation Tool for scheduling conferences, seminars, classes and ceremonies. Prepares quarterly and yearly Room Reservation Statistic Reports of usage. Provides guidance and assistance to training program enrollees seeking to develop their full potential. Develops policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to room reservations. Facilitates the enrollment of Executive Health Care Providers, Physicians, Dentist, Nurses, Interns and Corpsmen for Operational Medicine Courses and makes schedules for these courses available as soon as they are provided. Reviews and processes Command and Department notices and instructions for conformance to DoD regulations, grammar and format and special policies of the Command and the Professional Education Directorate. Advises managers and staff of military career education programs sponsored by the command as it relates to the best location/classroom setup for the organization.
