Retail Front-End & Customer Service Supervisor

Americas-Thrift-Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage daily operations on the front end and sales floor, ensuring excellent donor and customer service. You will audit performance, train staff, and maintain standards across all store areas. This role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, and works with the leadership team on rotating opening/closing shifts. As a supervisor, you will reinforce America's Thrift Core Values in donor experience and productivity, while
