What You'll Do: Research and summarize best practices regarding various employment policies and practices. Provide policy development and administration support in response to new or changing business needs or employment laws. Provide administration support for training initiatives focused on workplace practices. Provide general administrative support for employee relations. Create new files for domestic mobility and immigration files in Global Mobility case management platform. Initiate new cases with service providers. Support wage audits Support Unemployment Claims Process Aid with fulfilling requests for personnel files Provide support for I-9 audit projects as needed Provide administrative support for HR Compliance as needed Assist with the review and approval of global remote work requests

Who You Are: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program Human Resources, Business Administration, Pre-Law, and related programs Can adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research Are a problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills Don't miss out on the first steps toward your future. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time. Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
