Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurologic Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this collaborative, patient-first environment, you will evaluate and treat diverse musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, design individualized plans of care, document in EMR, and communicate closely with physicians and caregivers. Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in EMR accurately and timely Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with referring physicians and the interdisciplinary rehab team Ensure compliance with all regulatory, billing, and documentation standards Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first clinic culture Participate in continuing education and clinical development opportunities Orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment Neurologic and balance assessment Therapeutic exercise prescription Manual therapy techniques Gait and functional mobility training Patient and family education Treatment planning and clinical reasoning EMR documentation and medical record management Outcome measure selection and interpretation Pain management and modalities application Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited PT degree Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Orthopedic or sports rehab experience preferred Completion of clinical rotations in outpatient PT Eligibility to work in the U.S.
