Operations Assistant

Responsibilities: Receiving packages and checking for accuracy Unpacking and packing of parcels Picking and filing of product and boxes Photography of product for online publishing Assist with inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory Maintain inventory of presentation boxes within an Excel spreadsheet Assist with stock movements (both systematic and physical) between the logistic and servicing operations Dispatch watches to assist S&L Coordinators as needed Qualifications Able to follow processes and procedures Excellent organizational skills Keen eye for detail Microsoft Excel a plus Ability to work on feet for 8 hours Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
