Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Responsibilities: Recruit concrete workers, rebar installers, construction laborers, and carpenters for local and traveling assignments. Build ready-to-work candidate and crew pipelines to fill urgent orders and project ramp-ups. Quickly screen candidates for skills, availability, transportation, and willingness to travel. Confirm pay, schedules, jobsite expectations, and start-date commitments. Coordinate onboarding and travel readiness so workers complete hiring requirements and arrive on time. Maintain consistent follow-up to reduce no-shows, replace cancellations quickly, and meet staffing deadlines. Keep accurate ATS records and meet recruiting and placement goals.

Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction staffing. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Experience filling high-volume openings and placing workers or crews on short timelines. Knowledge of concrete, rebar, carpentry, and construction labor roles. Strong outbound calling, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work in our Louisville, KY office.
