Professional - Procurement - Production Planner III

Responsibilities: Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels to support planning decisions and validate demand requirements with Demand Planning and Sales. Participate in S&OP and IBP processes to align supply and demand. Evaluate supply risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Monitor inventory health and recommend actions to improve turns and reduce excess or obsolete stock. Analyze manufacturing capacity, labor availability, and material constraints; recommend capacity adjustments. Support long-range planning through scenario analysis and capacity modeling. Develop and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs for production performance, schedule attainment, service levels, inventory metrics, and forecast accuracy. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management. Support new product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning activities. Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality, and system functionality.
