Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Location: Gratiot, OH

Job Type: Full-time or part-time (31, 33, or 40 hours per week)

Must-Haves Degree in Physical Therapy Current Ohio Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain At least one clinical rotation in a rehab setting, such as outpatient, acute rehab, SNF, acute medical, home health, or behavioral health

What You'll Do: Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group physical therapy for a wide range of diagnoses Cover all units, gaining cross-training across the full rehab continuum Use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality care Document efficiently in Epic EMR Collaborate with a supportive rehab team under a respected Rehab Manager Nice-to-Haves Outpatient orthopedic or rehab experience Epic EMR experience

Compensation and Benefits: $39.50 to $53.00 per hour based on experience Sign-on bonus Full benefits package Flexible options of 31, 33, or 40 hours per week
