What You'll Do: Operate stamping and press equipment safely and efficiently Load raw materials into machines and remove finished parts Inspect products for quality, defects, and conformance to specifications Monitor machine performance and production output Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures Must-

Have Requirements: Ability to lift 20-50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Basic reading, counting, and measurement skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment Willingness to work overtime when production requires

Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience Previous machine operator or press operator experience Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment Familiarity with production environments and quality standards
