Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–9 AM to 5–6 PM | 40 hours/week

About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading semiconductor and wireless technology company. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong technical sourcing expertise, full-cycle recruiting experience, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. Source and engage qualified technical and engineering talent using effective recruitment strategies. Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment updates, and drive hiring outcomes. Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, and recruitment activities using ATS/CRM platforms. Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and follow established hiring processes and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications5–10 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology industry. Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation. Proven ability to engage hiring managers and manage multiple recruitment priorities with a sense of urgency. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Preferred: Experience with Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
