Associate Counsel - Contracts (Fully Remote)

Draft, review, redline, and negotiate routine to moderately complex commercial agreements on both customer and vendor sides. Review contract terms for legal and business risk, escalate non-standard issues, and support negotiations through execution. Use AI-enabled legal technology and contract management systems throughout the contract lifecycle. What You'll Need to Succeed: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in good standing. 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial contracting. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology.
