Has a high school diploma or GED. Can read a tape measure and perform basic math, including working with fractions and decimals. Has mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with equipment. Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work. Can read and follow job specifications and make equipment adjustments as needed. Works well with others and has a positive attitude.

Standing for long periods Frequently using your hands to operate equipment Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
