Regional Security Leader, North America — Investigations

Merck is seeking a North America ADRS to lead investigations across the NA Regional GSG, covering high-profile sites including Rahway HQ, with a hybrid work model in place. You will manage a high-volume caseload, coordinate with legal, compliance, HR and operations, and deliver detailed investigative reports to senior leadership while upholding integrity and confidentiality. This role requires ten years of investigations experience, strong interviewing and analytical skills, and travel as needed.
