Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Streaming Media Assistant will provide live operational support, monitor system health, and manage incident responses for streaming media products using proprietary software.
Key responsibilities:
Provide hands-on operational and procedural support for live and on-demand streaming media products
Monitor system health and manage incidents to ensure proper functionality across platforms
Orchestrate live and VOD streaming media processes using proprietary software
Required qualifications:
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong understanding of computers and applications
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
1 year of relevant working experience in digital media or online organizations preferred
