About the Role:
We are looking for a Content Producer to help us and our partners develop impactful content for our communications initiatives. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including content creation (demonstrated in a portfolio or work samples), social media management and paid promotion. You will work closely with our Creative, Program Management and Research teams, focusing on planning, creating and managing compelling content across digital channels. You will develop content strategies that drive engagement, grow audiences, and support different campaign goals. You will also create content our audience can relate to (audience insights will be provided), manage social channels, and amplify messaging through targeted paid promotion. You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of different channels, growing our audience, and driving engagement through both organic and paid content.

What You’ll Do:
(Key Responsibilities)Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with campaign goals. Create and publish engaging social content, including copy, visuals, and short-form video in line with the campaign strategy. Plan and manage a multi-channel content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube (with a main focus on You Tube Shorts), Facebook, and others. Please note that Instagram will be the primary platform, with content adapted for other platforms. Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Identify trends, viral content, insights, and opportunities to create relevant content. Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube), including audience targeting and budget allocation. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness. Work closely with internal leaders and the Creative and Production teams to deliver high-quality content and ensure all outputs stay true to the strategy. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms. Collaborate with MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) and research teams to monitor campaign performance, applying real-time learning to refine content strategies over time. Lead on community management and partnership management (for example, partnering with other pages/accounts)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in content strategy, content production and digital marketing. Hands on experience with paid social advertising and campaign management. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (please state which tools you have experience with as part of your CV or your application – for example, Canva, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, etc.).Proven experience managing social media channels and delivering measurable growth. Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action. Highly organized, with the ability to manage the production of multiple pieces of content and deadlines. Deep understanding of the media ecosystem, digital consumption habits, and socio-political dynamics. Brilliant creative and strategic thinker with a strong portfolio of content strategies (applications will not be considered without a portfolio or work samples).High emotional intelligence and cultural competency, with the ability to navigate sensitive sociopolitical contexts objectively and empathetically. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where rapid-response strategies must be balanced with long-term brand safety and ethical standards. Highly collaborative team player.
Bonus:
