Benefits Strategy Director - Hybrid, High-Impact Leader

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, governance, and financial management of our comprehensive employee benefits programs. This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and oversees health, retirement, leave programs, and vendor relationships. You will design cost-effective, compliant programs that enhance employee health outcomes and experience, while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and executives to drive business objectives.
