We're a Spectrum retail partner in Independence, OH, close to downtown Cleveland, and we're looking for a Business Development Associate to connect local customers with Spectrum services. We'll train you on the products, and you bring the people skills and the drive.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective customers and learn what they're looking for Recommend the Spectrum services that fit them best Follow up on leads and keep conversations moving Enter customer information and sign-ups accurately Work with your team to reach shared goals Requirements 18 years of age or older Able to commit to at least 4 full days per week Able to pass a background check Able to start immediately Confident talking with new people and eager to learn
