Bilingual Recruiter We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join our client's team. In this role, you will contribute to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes for positions focused on the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Identify and contact candidates who match the requirements of assigned positions.
Conduct initial interviews in English.
Present qualified candidates to the team or client.
Work closely with recruiters, team leaders, and clients.
Meet the KPIs established by the company.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience conducting sourcing and interviews.
Bilingual or advanced level of English and Spanish.
Ability to conduct interviews and communicate professionally in English.
Experience using LinkedIn and job boards.
Good command of digital tools and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Availability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
- Knowledge of U.S. recruitment processes and employment arrangements.
- Experience recruiting for professional, administrative, commercial, or technology-related positions.
- Experience using ATS or recruitment platforms.
