Real Estate Associate — Affordable Housing Deals (Hybrid)

Talent Search Pro is seeking a qualified attorney to join our Buffalo team. You will handle complex affordable housing and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, and financing, in a collaborative, in-person setting. Requires 3–6 years of transactional CRE experience with a track record of end-to-end deal support. Hybrid schedule: in-office Mon–Thu in Buffalo, Fridays remote, with some travel to NYC for team events and collaboration.
