The opportunity:

- Defining a People strategy that supports company growth and business priorities
- Advising founders and boards on organisational design, leadership and succession
- Building and leading People, Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams
- Developing compensation, equity and performance frameworks
- Helping leaders maintain high standards and a strong culture through change
- Supporting international expansion and building effective global teams
- Using data and technology to improve decisions and the employee experience Your background
- Experience leading the People function within a growing technology business
- A track record of supporting businesses through significant growth or organisational change
- Credibility as a trusted adviser to founders, executives and boards
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate business goals into practical People priorities
- Experience across organisational design, talent, reward, leadership development and employee relations
- A willingness to move between strategic decisions and hands-on execution
- An interest in AI and how it is changing work, teams and leadership
Previous Chief People Officer experience is welcome. We’re also interested in VP People and Head of People leaders whose scope and experience position them for a first CPO appointment.
