Shelter Services Supervisor: Harm Reduction Lead

Bowery Residents' Committee seeks a Supervisor for our social work team across Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. The role leads 11 staff (6 MSW/LMSW and 5 Peer Specialists) and engages clients in person within shelter settings. Responsibilities include crisis management, harm reduction, trauma‑informed care, Narcan trainings, and monthly DHS/OASAS reporting. Requires LCSW and supervisory experience; bilingual preferred.
