Salesforce AI Workflow Specialist – Claude Expert

What You'll Do: Design and refine prompts and workflows using Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Platform/API) to solve real business problems Build internal tools and automations using Claude's API, MCP integrations, and agentic capabilities Train and support team members on effective AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering best practices Identify opportunities across departments (content, engineering, research, operations) where Claude can save time or improve output quality Stay current on new Claude features and model releases, and evaluate how they can be applied internally Create documentation, templates, and internal guides for repeatable AI workflows Troubleshoot and optimize existing Claude-based processes for accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For: Demonstrated hands-on experience using Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Code, or the Claude API) for real projects — portfolio or examples encouraged Strong prompt engineering skills: structuring instructions, providing examples, iterating based on outputs Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (tool use, MCP, multi-step workflows) is a big plus Basic technical fluency (comfortable with APIs, documentation, and light scripting) preferred but not required Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical capability into practical business value Curious, self-directed, and comfortable working with fast-evolving tools

Nice to Have: Experience with Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, Claude in Excel/Power Point, or similar AI-agent tools Background in content, research, operations, or software development Familiarity with other LLM tools for comparison purposes
