That'swhy we do things a little differently:manageablecaseloads, so you candriveoutcomes, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility so your evenings stay yours. What Your Day Looks Like You will join a team who loves what they do andisexcited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT, not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving. You will know your colleagues, and they will know you. Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conductassessmentsand program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to doall ofthis well, up to 10clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled fromhome, so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional 2% on top of your compensation! Performance-based monthly bonus We reward your hard work! Earn up to $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives! Sign-on bonus Up to $10,000!
