Registered Nurse, Dialysis (PRN - Per Diem)

What You'll Do: Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments while ensuring a positive patient experience. Conduct and document patient assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations. Monitor treatment adequacy, vascular access, and infection control standards. Administer medications per physician orders and respond to patient needs during treatment. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for dialysis technicians and new staff.

What We're Looking For: Active RN license (state of practice, unencumbered).2+ years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in dialysis preferred. Current CPR certification required. Excellent clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
