Chief Advancement Operations & Grants Strategy

JCC Association of North America seeks a Vice President of Advancement Operations to serve as the operational engine behind our national Advancement function. This senior role partners with department heads, Finance, and IT to keep complex, multi-year grants on track, ensure data integrity in the donor CRM, and build systems for scalable fundraising. You will oversee grant lifecycles, gift processing, and reporting to funders while leading a small team in our New York City office.
