As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate donor and gift information that directly supports the organization's mission. The Bookkeeper will work closely with Finance and Development teams to ensure donations are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported, helping provide the financial integrity needed to support conservation initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a Bookkeeper who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, and improving processes in a mission-focused environment. Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Reconcile donation and gift entry information between fundraising and accounting systems as the Bookkeeper Review gift transactions entered through Raiser's Edge and validate information against source platforms and reports as the Bookkeeper Analyze donation uploads, identify discrepancies, and ensure gifts are accurately recorded as the Bookkeeper Research and correct gift entry errors related to posting dates, gift dates, donor allocations, and split donations as the Bookkeeper Investigate gifts that fail to transfer properly between systems and coordinate corrections with Finance as the Bookkeeper Prepare clean, accurate reconciliation data for review and final posting by Finance leadership as the Bookkeeper Qualifications for the Bookkeeper Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, COUNTIF), including large-data analysis and validation Experience reconciling financial or transactional data and identifying discrepancies. Experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge, nonprofit or fund accounting, and donor databases, CRMs, or contribution platforms. EB-1520395528
