Legal Consultant Opportunity | KPG99 INC | US Contracts & Collections | Remote

Key Responsibilities: Reviewing MSAs, SOWs, client/vendor agreements and purchase orders Identifying contractual loopholes, liabilities and commercial risks Handling payment disputes, delayed payments and collection matters Reviewing payment terms, termination and dispute-resolution clauses Drafting demand letters, legal notices and commercial correspondence Advising management on legal remedies and escalation strategies Coordinating with external attorneys where required Providing practical legal advice to protect the company’s commercial interests Eligibility & Preference: 5+ years of relevant legal experience Strong experience with US commercial contracts Experience in collections and payment disputes Background in IT staffing, recruitment, consulting or professional services preferred Strong contract interpretation, drafting and negotiation skills US legal experience / Bar admission is an advantage What This Offers: Flexible, ad-hoc consulting engagement Exposure to US commercial contracts and business disputes Opportunity to advise on contractual and commercial risk Remote working arrangement
