Corporate Paralegal - VC & M&A Specialist (Hybrid)

Gunderson Dettmer is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support company formations, venture financings, and securities offerings in our Silicon Valley office. The role includes assisting with stock incentive programs and compliance matters for private and public companies. You will conduct legal research, maintain corporate records, and assist with due diligence for financings and M&A. The ideal candidate has at least one year of corporate paralegal experience.
