Uncle Giuseppe’s is seeking a Mozzarella Clerk to join our Pasta & Mozzarella Department in the New York area. You’ll help craft house-made mozzarella daily, stretch and shape it with care, and share the joy of fresh cheese with customers.
No prior cheese-making experience is required—we’ll teach you the mozzarella art. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus good English communication and teamwork, helps you thrive in our busy kitchen.
