Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the management of a group of Brokers to reach their highest level of success with DMC.Educate Brokers to understand the DMC model and push them to meet goals to mutually benefit both parties. Participate in sales presentations to both Brokers and prospective customers. Create, build and manage a sales pipeline and tracking activities through various stages of the sales funnel. Develop and maintain working knowledge of competition including their products and service offerings. Work within a sales team to improve outcomes Participate in sales negotiations on current or potential accountsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business.3 years or more experience with insurance or consultative selling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and report on data, making it actionable. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment, prioritize critical tasks, communicate with management on status, and deliver on objectives in a timely fashion. Strong business acumen. Available to travel up to 50% of the time.
