Chief Marketing Vice President

Position Overview: The VP of Marketing will work closely with the senior management team to formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Avenlix Digital’s business objectives.

Core Responsibilities: Develop and lead company-wide marketing strategies and annual marketing plans. Define brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation strategies. Spearhead customer acquisition and growth marketing initiatives across digital channels. Plan integrated marketing campaigns covering paid media, organic channels, social media, content marketing, email, and strategic partnerships. Establish marketing KPIs, data analytics, attribution models, and performance reporting systems. Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel. Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs and industry opportunities. Lead product marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and new market expansion plans. Oversee content, communications, public relations, and brand-building efforts. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with product, technology, operations, compliance, and senior management teams. Leverage data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing performance. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, media interviews, and strategic partnership negotiations.

Qualifications: 15+ years of leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of progressive career advancement.10+ years of experience in senior marketing executive or Vice President (VP) level roles. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Proven hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, customer acquisition, and growth. Experience managing marketing teams, budgets, agencies, and external partners. Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, CRM, and marketing automation. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience in FinTech, financial services, digital assets, payments, SaaS, or the technology sector is preferred. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced organization.
