What You Will Be Doing:
Understand the business needs of our partners and sales team, and analyze requirements related to e-commerce and retail services — going beyond surface needs to uncover the underlying business drivers. Provide expert pre-sales technical support, guiding partners and sales team members in understanding the functionality, structure, and architectural fit of our services. Own the translation of enterprise business requirements into platform architectures — mapping integrations, ERPs, and custom logic, and defining the most efficient execution path. Attend customer meetings and deliver technical content and presentations, leading technical discussions with stakeholders from C-level executives to engineering teams. Architect complex legacy migrations with 100% data integrity, and own the technical design of enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, 3PL, custom checkouts) — serving as the technical SME for API and integration bottlenecks. Define and oversee the onboarding and delivery framework for Key Accounts — establishing milestones, managing cross-functional dependencies, and resolving blockers to keep launches on track. Ensure seamless post-launch handoff to Merchant Success and Support teams, codifying architecture decisions and remaining the escalation point for complex technical issues. Stay updated on the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs, aligning them with the company's mission and vision — and feeding field insights back into product and engineering.
Who We Are:
Looking For: A passionate individual excited about driving business growth and contributing to a global platform. University graduate with at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical project management — preferably in the e-commerce/SaaS industry (Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce).Strong and hands-on knowledge of software programming languages is a must — enabling deep technical discussions, validating integration approaches, and earning the trust of customers' engineering teams. Proven track record of architecting complex, high-volume data migrations and custom enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, 3PL, custom checkouts).Deep technical fluency in REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, HTML/CSS, templating languages (e.g., Liquid/Stencil), DNS configurations, and data mapping. Structured thinking and exceptional technical writing skills to convey complex concepts clearly — from technical deep-dives to executive-level summaries. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment — and comfortable defining scalable delivery frameworks that enable others to execute. Adaptive nature, capable of thriving in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a solution-oriented mindset. High attention to detail, with excellent organization and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Curiosity and genuine interest in technology and new product developments, staying abreast of industry advancements. Comfortable working in a global, multi-time-zone environment.
