Learning Consultant

Overview In this role you will assess sales and operations training needs across channels, develop and deliver training, and measure impact for the organization. You will work with SMEs to map processes, create curricula, and implement companywide initiatives. The role drives learning effectiveness, workflow improvements, and employee development to support excellent customer service.
