Marketing Assistant

Marketing AssistantKPFF is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role provides administrative, logistical, coordination, and production support and helps ensure the marketing team operates efficiently and consistently across multiple concurrent pursuits and deadlines. The Marketing Assistant works collaboratively with marketing staff, Principals, clients, engineers, and internal teams to assist in the preparation of proposals, coordinate tasks, and contribute to client-facing deliverables. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities include assisting with document formatting, scheduling coordination, event registrations, maintaining project folders, supporting departmental operations, assisting marketing staff, maintaining marketing resources, supporting CRM updates, and assisting with day-to-day production activities. Minimum requirements include 1+ year of marketing or administrative support experience, an associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and Share Point, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, experience with Unanet or similar CRM systems, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with workload or task tracking systems. This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability, clear and proactive communication, the ability to complete responsibilities independently, support busy leadership, maintain a calm approach under pressure, demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization, be receptive to feedback, and have a humble and collaborative working style.
