TRAINING DIRECTOR

Overview In this role you will lead training exercises at the Muscatatuck Training Range Complex, ensuring planning, execution, and assessment of cyber and technology-based events. You will collaborate with leadership, SMEs, and national labs to shape training objectives and capabilities. The position combines hands-on training delivery with strategic evaluation across physical, logical, and cyber domains. You will work within a Federal Solutions context, contributing to missions that protect and sustain critical assets. Compensation / Benefitsmedicaldentalvisionpaid time off 401(k)life insurance Responsibilities Plan and execute training exercises and events, coordinating timelines and milestones Provide technical evaluation of concepts of operation, force laydown, and tactical vignettes Assess training outcomes at strategic, operational, and tactical levels across physical, logical, and cyber layers Coordinate participation of national laboratories, red teams, and academic/ Government partners Schedule planning conferences based on Joint Event Life Cycle Key requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years in cyber range or computer test bed environments At least 5 years of supervising experience At least 2 years of Army and Joint Cyber Training experience DoD 8570.01-M IAT II compliance Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Experience identifying training needs with leadership and SMEsWorking knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management for training scenarioscollaboration with leadership and SMEsability to translate training needs into objectivescross-functional coordinationcyber range environmentsnetworking and OT/IT technologiesplanning and execution of cyber training
