Growth & Partnerships Director

Literations seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic Director of Development to design and co-lead a multi-channel growth strategy that accelerates revenue and scales our footprint toward a 10-year vision. The DoD will oversee development, partner with the Executive Director, manage a three-person team, and focus on corporate partnerships, major gifts, events, and grant programs to fuel impact.
