RTX’s Advanced Technology (AT) SBU Engineering Team is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to serve as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in El Segundo, CA. You will manage all aspects of program execution, ensure subsystem requirements are met, and collaborate with Chief Technologist Pyramids, SMEs, and customer stakeholders.
This onsite role requires leadership across architecture definition, requirements decomposition, algorithm development, risk management, mentoring, and travel as needed
