Climbing Gym Program Manager Lead Community & Classes

First Ascent Climbing & Fitness is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead our class and event programming, oversee day-to-day gym operations, and help members and guests have outstanding experiences across FA locations. You will partner with the gym manager and initiatives team to recruit, coach, and retain staff; design engaging programs, summer camps, guided sessions, and clinics; and cultivate a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere that supports climbers of all ages and abilities.
