What We're Looking For: 5+ years of leadership or people management experience Strong operational and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High integrity, reliability, and accountability Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Excited by growth and motivated by ownership and responsibility Pet industry experience is a plus, but not required Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (we're open 365 days a year)
