Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or related technical field 4+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. Industry experience MUST include server rack build operations. Experience leading NPI and test development/automation in production environments. Experience developing and scaling factory floor layouts for high volume manufacturing. Process automation knowledge is an advantage but not required for this role. Applied knowledge of DFM, process validation, and continuous improvement Proficient with manufacturing documentation including management of BOMs, ECNs, and MES systems Ability to lead engineering teams through engineering, design, and production validation testing (EVT/DVT/PVT)
