Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Overview In this role, you’ll help advance Service Now’s AI/ML platform and create end-to-end intelligent enterprise experiences. You’ll work with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deploy AI-powered work solutions for thousands of global customers. You’ll translate product needs into scalable cloud-based AI/ML implementations, focusing on performance and usability for a broad user base. The role offers the chance to shape how AI integrates into everyday enterprise workflows and to support early-adopter customers at scale.
