Strategic Packaging Sales Manager

Smurfit Westrock seeks a Sales Manager to work with sales representatives, branch managers, customers and suppliers to define new business opportunities, establish suppliers and daily procedures, and plan strategic development of the core client base. You will oversee development, recruiting and mentoring of the sales team, build knowledge of key customers, identify cost-saving opportunities, set budgets, and travel up to 30% as needed.
