Job Description:
Electro-Mechanical Assembler – $20–$25/HourSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a long-term Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time opportunity with a small, family-owned manufacturing company in the Baltimore, MD area.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components.
Perform precision soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable/harness assembly.
Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.
Assemble control panels and chassis wiring.
Use hand tools, soldering equipment, wire strippers, crimpers, and measuring instruments.
Perform inspections, testing, and quality checks.
Requirements:
1–2 years of electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience.
Excellent soldering skills required.
Experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and panel wiring.
Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
High School Diploma/GED required.
IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
