Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and personal growth. Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adapting techniques to maintain engagement and effectiveness. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications: Must possess a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT, LP, or PsyD.A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for building rapport and effectively working with clients. Exhibit qualities of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences. Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, applying therapeutic techniques relevant to individual clients. Prior experience in a private practice or telehealth setting is a plus, with familiarity in managing virtual appointments and associated technologies.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent on your experience and caseload.
