Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTAActive State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCHome health case management experienceOASIS experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of IdahoIdaho department of health and welfare fingerprinting

Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PSTShift days: Monday through Friday
