Maschhoff Leadership Experience Externship The three-day leadership experience provides: Overview of our Company and Careers in Agriculture Professional development Leadership-focused workshops Facility tours Networking with industry leaders Housing and travel accommodations Successful candidates will be at least 18 years of age, enrolled full time in college, and have a passion for agriculture and the swine industry. Program highlights: The 2027 Maschhoff Leadership Experience Externship will be held January 6th through January 8th, 2027. Students will be invited to our Carlye, IL office to participate in a leadership development program. Accommodations will be provided. Travel is reimbursed.
