Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals - Canton, OHFull Time | $15 per hour | All Shifts Available Express Employment Professionals - Canton is hiring Packers for our bakery client in Navarre. This growing facility produces breads, buns, and sweet bakery products enjoyed throughout the region. No experience is required - our client provides full training to motivated individuals. Candidates must be available for any shift, as shift assignment occurs at orientation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for bread, buns, and sweet treats
- Perform visual inspections on bakery products
- Support production tasks across various departments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines
- Work assigned shifts and adapt to changing production needs
Qualifications:
- Must be available for any shift (assignment at orientation)
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and quality
