Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities: Lead active exposure events from intake through closure, coordinating exposure assessments, validation activities, response meetings, and stakeholder engagement. Track remediation and mitigation efforts across multiple teams, maintaining ownership assignments, action items, target dates, dependencies, and status updates. Maintain accurate response documentation and prepare concise updates covering exposure assessments, decisions, timelines, remediation progress, and closure evidence. Identify blockers and escalation needs, facilitate structured handoffs, and contribute to post-event reviews, playbooks, procedures, and response improvements.

The Ideal Candidate: Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, incident response coordination, technology risk, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex efforts involving multiple technical and business teams. Strong exposure risk and response coordination experience, with the ability to assess risk and drive appropriate response activities. Proven experience tracking issues, managing action plans, and driving accountability through resolution. Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to maintain clear situational awareness. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility situations while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience with enterprise security tools, ticketing platforms, vulnerability response, zero-day response, cloud security, threat intelligence, or regulated industry environments is a plus; security certifications are also preferred.
