Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 - 7+ years working within the toy industry and an entertainment licensing role Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to complex projects with a clear commercial vision Robust knowledge of Paramount's brand position and the North American/Global retail environment Established relationships with toy manufacturers across a variety of categories Comprehensive knowledge of licensees' production and creative capabilities Experience in product line planning Solid financial acumen with the ability to synthesize and assess data Proficient in managing P&L and revenue forecasting Exemplary sales, negotiation, and communication skills People-oriented and able to lead or contribute to diverse teams Robust organizational and project management skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to competing priorities Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Paramount Skydance Corporation is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
