Early Childhood Teacher – Childcare Center

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our CDLC of Chandler to nurture and inspire young learners. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You’ll maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, observe and document progress, and communicate closely with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you will help shape enriching early childhood experiences while benefiting from professional development, growth opportunities, and a culture that values diversity and continuous learning. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children’s progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children’s growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Support children’s social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
